One of the first oils created was that of cedar. It is often used in aromatherapy because of its property to relieve tension and anxiety. Its active compounds include kederoll, which is a natural sedative, as well as its ability to stimulate serotonin production.

Inhaled, it has sedative properties and helps in relaxation and meditation. Its therapeutic properties are also numerous as it is analgesic, antiseptic, tonic and helps in infections, bronchitis, colds.

Sore throat gargle: Place 2 drops of cedar essential oil in a cup of warm water.

Room aroma: add 10 drops of oil to 250 ml and spray the room. Leaves a distinctive woody aroma. Alternatively we can lightly scent our curtains and sheets.

They should never been used insoluble or on sensitive skin or skin prone to allergies.

Stop immediately the use if skin appears sensitivity.
